Costa Rican robot building academy chooses PRESTO PDCA for Innovation 4.0 acceleration program
We are in Latin America and
Constru Robot is our client!
Teaching innovation to LATAM's youngest pupils
With the 4th industrial revolution rapidly driving change in society and the workplace, education systems and institutions must respond pro actively to prepare its youth for the work force. Technological advances, new technologies, socio-economic and demographic changes and increased labour mobility are all changing the expectations of employers and posing new demands on society.
Constru Robot (constru-robot.com) is the first certified STEM accredited academy of Costa Rica having developed its own robotic equipment to complement its certification and support its training program.
Offering a wide range of education services offered to students as young as 4 years of age all the way to teachers of science, mathematics, engineering and technology, Constru Robot's Academy specialises in electronics, programming, solution design, prototyping, design thinking principles and technology development with a purpose.
After a series of discussions with Constru Robot's Co-Founder and Managing Director Sergio Mondragón, Constru Robot has decided to bring structure and enhanced discipline to its daily business operations and long-term growth plan by leveraging our change management and continuous improvement platform PRESTO PDCA. Furthermore, TOPP TI will support Mondragón and his team as a continuous improvement coach in the same capacity as we have been doing consistently since last year for UNOPS award-winning clean tech start-up Avsalt of Sweden and non-profit Ohio-based health services agency Alvis.
